I made my cemetery fence using two different websites' plans. I made the fence originally in 2004 using Scott Messin's site. And for 2005, I added the posts ala Gory Corey:

I also added some skulls from some of those Big Lots skull stake light sets since they were JUST the right size and didn't need any modifying. I used Gorilla Glue to attach them.
